Noor Dawod, founder and licensed instructor of Mai Phuong Beauty Academy, began her journey in beauty over a decade ago with one goal in mind: to elevate the nail industry and give students around the world the opportunity to learn authentic, professional techniques that truly change lives. Her passion has always gone beyond creating beautiful nails — it’s about helping others build confidence, independence, and financial freedom through education.
MEET NOOR DAWOD
Noor is a licensed cosmetologist and state-approved cosmetology instructor in Michigan, USA, with years of hands-on experience managing salons, training staff, and mentoring aspiring artists. She has traveled the world — from Russia to Italy, Dubai, and Taiwan — learning advanced European and international nail systems from top global educators. With over 60 professional certifications, Noor combined the most powerful global education standards into one comprehensive academy. At Mai Phuong Academy, she teaches not just techniques, but the science, structure, and business behind success — creating a path for every student to become a confident and world-class professional.
